SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer shipping. Al purchases are click and collect.

Collection available from Sage and Salt Studio between 9am - 4.30pm Monday - Saturday. Please allow one working day after purchasing to then collect. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Sage and Salt Studio, we strive to provide high-quality artwork that meets the expectations of our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns unless the items are faulty. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

When Refunds are Not Offered:

  • The customer knew the item was faulty at the time of purchase.

  • The item has been damaged due to attempts to repair it by the customer or a third party.

  • The customer no longer wants the item (e.g., wrong size or color) unless it was bought without being seen.

 

Faulty Items:

You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the item is faulty at the time of purchase.

Online Orders:

For items purchased online, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying us of the cancellation, customers have another 14 days to return the goods.

  • Notification of cancellation must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Customers do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.

 

Repairs and Replacements:

If a customer discovers a fault after accepting an item, we may be required to repair or replace it. This applies if:

  • The customer has notified us that they have accepted the item after inspection.

  • The item has not been altered by the customer.

Items can be returned for repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase unless we can prove the item was not faulty at the time of purchase. For items returned after 6 months, the customer may need to prove the item was faulty at the time of purchase.

Proof of Purchase:

We require proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges. Acceptable proof includes:

  • Sales receipt.

  • Bank statement.

  • Original packaging.

 

Returns by Third Parties:

We only accept returns from the original purchaser of the item.
